"Flexed" is the first segment of the one hundred-sixth episode of Big City Greens.
Synopsis
The Greens get the workout of their life at Big City's new gym -- Bill tries to impress Cricket by pretending he knows how to use the fancy machines, Gramma gets worn out as Gloria's trainer, and Tilly gets sucked into a treadmill fantasy.
Plot
The Greens are attending the grand opening of a new gym called Fit N Flex. Upon entering, they meet the gym's owner, fittingly named Jim Owner, who welcomes them to all the amenities that the place has to offer. Cricket asks Bill to show him how to properly workout. Unfortunately, Bill is unfamiliar with much of the new workout equipment and tries to fake his way through it. Tilly decides to try the new 3D immersion room, which rattles her brain and causes her to think everything is set in medieval times. Gramma Alice discovers that Gloria is there and she convinces her to hire her as a trainer after the previous one bails.
Bill poorly tries to teach Cricket how to use the machines, but he himself is having trouble trying to keep up and ends up hurting himself, while getting caught in a stretcher. Tilly, in her deranged state, starts running amok throughout the gym, believing herself to be a warrior and addressing everyone as if they were villagers. Alice believes that training Gloria will be a piece of cake, but due to having put up with plenty of aggression in her life, ends up taking so much to Alice's training that she ends up tiring her out instead. Alice blindfolds Gloria who ends up fighting Tilly, who believes her to be a knight.
Cricket gets caught in a pressure bench machine that starts to malfunction. The blinded Gloria manages to free Bill while also spilling water on Tilly, who snaps out of her delusion. Bill uses his own bench pressing abilities to free Cricket from the machine, but ends up destroying much of the gym. Jim is, understandably, upset and throws Gloria and the Greens out of the gym. Bill admits to Cricket his lack of knowledge of the machines and wanted to look cool, but Cricket tells him that he already thought he was cool with how he bench pressed. Tilly and Gloria also voice how much fun they had at the gym and the gang celebrate together.
