A number of various Disney and Pixar movies over the years have added a variety of hilarious outtakes (or bloopers) to the end credits. Many were of the characters forgetting their lines, making a mistake, or just being silly, like real celebrities often do during recording sessions. The outtakes could either be viewed during the film's end credits, while others were a special feature on a DVD, Blu-ray, or Disney+.

Some television shows (either made or otherwise had their rights owned by Disney) also included outtakes in the closing credits/scenes.

Films

Disney

The Lion King

These outtakes were featured in the Blu-ray release of The Lion King and the Extra content on Disney+, and were labeled as "Bloopers & Outtakes". Many of the lines in the bloopers were voice outtakes from recording sessions from the voice actors:

• Mufasa practicing his roar on the edge of Pride Rock.
• Timon pulling a muscle in his leg and bursting into laughter.
• Shenzi practicing her laugh, while a bored-looking Ed watches.
• Timon spitting out a "bad grub" that he ate.
• Scar cannot pronounce the word "responsible".
• Simba cannot pronounce the phrase "Hakuna Matata".
• Nala forgets her line, "Simba is the rightful king."
• Timon rehearsing his performance at the start of the "Hawaiian War Chant".
• Rafiki falling asleep on a rock during shooting of a scene with Simba.
• Pumbaa passing gas during shooting.
• Rafiki carrying baby Simba but stumbling and letting Simba fall from Pride Rock.

101 Dalmatians II: Patch's London Adventure

These bloopers were labeled as "Thunderbolt's Bloopers":

• Thunderbolt, while face-to-face with Lil' Lightning, screws up his line, "They suck all the blood out of you!"
• Thunderbolt, after "rescuing" a cat (who was after the baby bird in its nest) up in a tree, goofs up his line, "Now smile for the cameras."
• Thunderbolt, after "saving" a food serving platter (which he and Patch stole), messes up his line, "Doing this real hero stuff."

Brother Bear

These bloopers were labeled as "Koda's Outtakes":

• (Kenai sneaks up on what he thinks is the bear; Stitch appears)
  • Director: "Cut, cut! Who let him on the set? Security!"
• (Kenai draws a line in the dirt between him and Koda)
  • Koda: "Making a movie is a lot of hard work, and things don't always go as planned. For example..."

• Murphy and Marc John forgetting their lines where Jim tries getting Michael to come into the morgue with him and Megan.
• Dina Spybey-Waters forgetting her lines during her final scene with Wallace Shawn, which he laughs at.
• Murphy pulling out the key prop and accidentally breaking it.
• Marsha Thomason asking to stop the take during her scene with Nathaniel Parker.
• Thomason forgetting her cue where Jim is introducing himself to Master Gracey.
• Shawn forgetting his lines when Ezra scolds Emma for explaining to the kids who the woman in the portrait is.
• Murphy forgetting his line when Jim asks: "Do you hear me talking to you, boy? What kind of trouble?", which everyone laughs at. During the second time, John bursts out laughing after saying, "Dad, Mom's in trouble!"
• When Parker says Gracey's line, "You are my world, my life!", he goes off script, saying, "A cheeseburger! Everything!"
• When Murphy is running during the scene where Jim is being chased by the floating instruments, he gets too close to the camera.

Underdog

These bloopers were labeled as "Underdog Blooper Reel":

• In the first take, Underdog goofs up his catchphrase and calls himself "underwear".
• In the second take, Underdog pauses at, "There's no need to..." and can't seem to pick up the rest of his line.
• In the third take, Underdog inquires, "Who's stepping on my cape?"
• In the fourth take, Underdog asks, "What's my motivation again?"
• In the fifth take, Underdog gets hit on the head with the boom mic.
• In the sixth take, Underdog requests, "Can I get an ice pack?"
• In the seventh and final take, Underdog says his catchphrase correctly, after which the police car door falls off. Underdog then states, "I'll be in my trailer."

Space Buddies

The Special Edition movie version contains a special Blooper Reel:

• The B-Dawg accidentally swallows some small creature that glows. He identifies the creature as a space fly.
• The B-Dawg hears a roaring sound, which scares him. Budderball then says, "Oh, ha-ha, very funny, guys. Very funny."
• Gravity warns the dogs about a meteor shower, to which MudBud states that showers are not on his contract and leaves. The director then tells someone to get MudBud's agent on the phone.
• The B-Dawg fiddles with his safety goggles, which fall off his eyes.
• MudBud shakes himself and splatters mud everywhere, including on his owner. The director compliments the take, but MudBud thinks it needs improvement and asks if he could do it again.
• The dogs try the bobsled trick, but the dog on the sled gets knocked out and takes longer to wake up than usual.
• The dogs try to go through the doggie door at once, but their progress is stalled by their size. The director asks for a bigger doggie door.
• One of the dogs accidentally rips off Yuri's fake beard.
• Budderball accidentally eats the hairbow that RoseBud sports.
• The B-Dawg gets freaked out by an alien on the spaceship's window.
• The B-Dawg tries to eat a pair of glasses, much to the director's dismay.
• Yuri jumps in and out of the camera's view as he celebrates having the Buddies come into the station.
• Budderball raises one paw and reveals that he needs to go to the bathroom, which he does in his spacesuit.
• The B-Dawg reveals that he hates the rain and runs off to his trailer.
• Budderball slides past the camera, cutting the power off.

Tinker Bell and the Lost Treasure

These bloopers were labeled as "Outtakes and Bloopers":

• Tinker Bell starts playing fetch with Blaze, but he doesn't bring back the stick she threw, but instead the wrong items.
  • In the first take, Blaze fetches a spring, to which Tink inquires, "What?"
  • In the second take, he fetches a teapot, to which Tink remarks, "Whoa!"
  • In the third take, he fetches one of Captain Hook's Hooks, which makes Tink scream. Ironically, Tink never officially met Captain Hook until The Pirate Fairy installment.
  • In the fourth take, he fetches one of Queen Clarion's crowns, to which Tink, believing the Queen is dead, comments, "Oh no!"
  • In the fifth take, he fetches bagpipes, which makes Tink cover her ears after hearing its loud, dissonant sound.
  • In the sixth take, he fetches a cricket, to which Tink exclaims, "Eww!"
• Silvermist tries to clutch one of the tadpoles, but it slips out of her hands and falls on the ground. Fairy Mary then walks by and slips on the tadpole underfoot, causing it to land back in the water trough, after which Silvermist and the tadpoles all laugh.
• Fawn covers a sleeping skunk using a leaf for a blanket and then kisses the skunk, after which it sprays its odor fumes, causing Fawn to gasp and faint from suffocation.
• A winged creature tries to unstick Tink's hot air balloon before it suddenly whooshes off into the sky, to which Tink exclaims, "Uh-oh!"
• Blaze looks at himself in a mirror and starts making different poses, but he is suddenly caught by Tink who glares at him, after which he flies off embarrassed. Tink then looks at herself in the mirror and starts making faces, but she is suddenly caught by Blaze who flies back, causing Tink to laugh.
• Tink and Blaze discover a beach ball in the ocean, and Tink kicks the ball, but then it comes back and hits her on the head. Unfazed, Tink continues walking along the beach with Blaze following.
• Clank looks at the bowl of green fairy dust, then sticks in his finger and tastes some of it. He likes the taste and eats the rest of the green fairy dust, then rubs his stomach in satisfaction.
• Tink and Blaze discover the same beach ball in the ocean, but this time Tink says, "Huh?" before picking up the ball and tossing it into the sky. The rest of the fairies suddenly appear and start dancing to some background music. Tink then drops the ball and joins them. As they dance, Iridessa kicks the ball away.
• Terence is stoking the fire with a pair of bellows, which keep making squeaking noises. When he tries to fix it, the bellows spit out a small nut, which hits and ricochets off a cuckoo clock after the cricket inside (which bears a great resemblance to Cri-Kee) closes the door. The nut then hits a squirrel on the muzzle, causing it to cry in pain.
• Rosetta whispers something to Iridessa, who notices and flicks off a sunflower seed on her chest, to which she remarks, "How long has that been there?"
• Fawn uses her braid as a mustache and starts imitating Fairy Gary before she discovers that he is standing right next to her. Embarrassed, she says hi to Gary and he starts laughing.
• Tink and Terence are swinging on a vine inside the castle, when they both fall and land on one of the dishes in the cupboard. A safety bar then activates and an automated voice says, "Please remain seated at all times with arms, hands, and wings inside the vehicle." Tink and Terence are then whisked off like a roller coaster.
• Tink and Terence are walking on piano keys, which play their respective notes, but then Terence lands on a piano key just behind Tink and stops while it plays a prolonged note. Both Tink and Terence then jump on the piano keys together and start playing the song "Chopsticks". They are soon joined by a couple of rats which also help them play the tune, and when it is over, the rats are seen applauding.
• Several of Tink's fairy friends are seen talking to Mr. Owl about different stuff.
  • Iridessa explains to Mr. Owl that she is a light fairy and complains about always being ignored by the others who never take her advice, then claims that she should be in charge.
  • Silvermist tells Mr. Owl that even though Terence informed her that Tink didn't explode, Silvermist didn't see her anywhere and reveals some yellow daffodil petals that she saw scattered outside Tink's house.
  • Rosetta is seen giving Mr. Owl a pedicure as she tells him that she gave the daffodils some blonde highlights and that they would look magnificent on him as well. She then finishes Mr. Owl's pedicure.
  • Vidia stares at Mr. Owl for a moment and then remarks, "Oh, please!"
• As the Minister of Autumn is explaining that every scepter is unique, Tink touches one of them and accidentally knocks it over, causing a chain reaction of the other scepters hitting each other and falling down. Fairy Mary then exclaims, "Oh dear!" and faints.

Oz the Great and Powerful

• A China Girl slams the clapboard during a take.
• Evanora talks to the filming crew and then makes a peace sign.
• Oz tries to cover Theodora's mouth to quiet her, but the director points out that his hand is dirty, to which he apologizes. In the second take, the director apologizes this time.
• One of the actors asks the director if he likes his head tilted, to which he replies, "Yes."
• After Oz reveals he is alive to Finley, he comforts him by trying to kiss him on the lips, while the China Girl looks away in disgust.
• In the kingdom that Glinda protects, a couple of Munchkin guards are talking to both Oz and Glinda; however, unknowingly, a plane flies through the filming of the scene.
• Knuck greets Theodora and tries to blow the trumpet, instead of the usual squawking noise he makes.
• As Theodora is threatening the residents in the castle, Oz unknowingly starts to laugh, to which the director questions him as to why he's laughing.
• During the graveyard scene, Glinda confirms to Oz that Evanora tricked him, but she somehow messes up her lines at least three times.
• A buzzing noise is heard in the forest, which causes Theodora to laugh.
• During the voice casting session, Joey's stomach begins to rumble, which the director proclaims was beautiful, causing her to laugh at that comment.
• Oz is seen dancing in the room while singing.
• Theodora fails to catch her broom at least twice, but on her third attempt, she succeeds.
• While escaping through the graveyard, Finley was seen using a jetpack and then crashes into a tree.
• Upon Theodora's arrival to the palace, her witch's hat falls off.
• The director makes a screeching noise, to which Theodora laughs at his performance.
• As Oz arrives into the Land of Oz via hot air balloon, one of the crew members is heard whistling off-screen and then sprays water at Oz, to which he points out that he whistles, not the guy off-screen.
• During the bubble travel, one the zebras is wearing an Afro wig and star-shaped sunglasses.
• In the palace of the Emerald City, a director tries to do a screaming sound at Glinda, but she laughs instead.
• During the graveyard scene, Oz tries to introduce himself via his full name to Glinda, but he gets tongue-tied.
• Theodora makes funny faces at the camera.
• Master Tinker proclaims that he and the rest of the Tinkers are tougher than they look to Oz, but he messes up his lines.
• Oz uses his magic to transform an ordinary cloth into a dove, but as soon as he lets the bird go, it refuses, to which it gets some laughs.
• During the graveyard scene, Oz notices a knife that the China Girl is armed with, to which she proclaims that she is made of china and needs it to protect herself. However, as soon as he grabs the knife, her hand comes off as laughter is heard.
• Both Glinda and Theodora make funny faces at each other.
• Theodora shows the crew her party trick as she touches her "nose" with her tongue.
• One of the Winkie Guards gets choked with a prodding instrument, to which he is heard sputtering and says, "I have nothing to say to this."
• As Theodora is about to leave the castle via her broom, a gust of wind startles her.
• As the Winkie Guards handcuff Glinda to the stakes, she accidentally gets herself free.
• During the kissing scene between Oz and Glinda, they hear one of directors telling Oz to kiss her, to which they all laugh.
• At the end of the movie, Knuck plays his horn very badly as Master Tinker begins to laugh.

Big Hero 6

These bloopers (labeled as "Big Hero 6 Gag Reel & Bloopers!") were animation mistakes where the computer did something strange that proved to be funny and gag animations, in which the animators would set directors Chris Williams and Don Hall up by saying they came up with an alternate version of the scene and asking to run it by them, which the directors always fell for. The bloopers are filed under two categories; "Computers Are Weird" (for the animation glitches) and "Animators Are Silly" (for the animation gags).

Note: "Animators Are Silly" is denoted by an asterisk (*). "Computers Are Weird" is denoted by a double asterisk (**).

• When Hiro and Baymax are flying over the city, Mochi's head replaces Baymax's head.*
• When Hiro looks at the security footage of Callaghan barging in and blaming Krei, a man and a woman in the background have switched places and, as a joke, the man is doing a dance move with his groin. Additionally, there is an error in which Krei and some of his crew members' clothes are not rendered properly.*
• When the team successfully makes it across the water, Wasabi's hair is extended to a really long length, and his and Fred's heads and hands are separated from their bodies, along with the latter's hat.**
• When Hiro says, "Now let's take care of this!", he pokes Baymax in the belly. To give it a more powerful punch, Baymax is given a chef's hat, making him resemble the Pillsbury Doughboy, and he even laughs like the Pillsbury mascot.*
• When Tadashi grabs Hiro by his shirt and asks, "WHEN are you going to do something with that big brain of yours?", their clothes are not rendered properly.**
• When Baymax takes Yokai's Mask away to reveal Callaghan and then crushes it, Callaghan's head is invisible, leaving only his eyes and teeth.**
• When Baymax is introduced, he is given Olaf's nose and buckteeth.*

Haunted Mansion (2023)

• Danny says Bruce's line, "We better get out of here quick," and chuckles, then says, "I feel like I'm in a western all of a sudden," and laughs again.
• Rosario and LaKeith pretend they're about to have a fight.
• Tiffany attempts to open the doors to the stretching room, only to break one of her fake nails off.
• In the scene when Gabbie opens the door for Ben when he first comes to Gracey Manor, Rosario has trouble getting the door open.
• While inside Crump Manor, LaKeith suddenly slips and falls down, then picks himself up and says, "I'm all right."
• In the scene when Ben is running from the Hatchet Man and crashes into the mirror, LaKeith first bumps into the mirror, which wasn't hard enough. On the second take, LaKeith was finally able to crash and break the mirror. After breaking it, he celebrates.

Pixar

Toy Story

The idea of making computer-animated outtakes was conceived towards the end of the production of Toy Story; however, there was not enough time to make them.

Although this film did not have outtakes at the end, the 3-disc Collector's Edition: The Ultimate Toy Box featured a segment called "Render Bugs", which were accidental animation errors from the making of the film.

These are some examples of the footage shown:

• In the scene where Buzz takes aim at Woody with his "laser", Buzz's leg movements were not animated when the scene was rendered, giving the effect that Buzz is floating across the bed.
• Buzz is rendered with empty eye sockets, and his eyes float free at the bottom of his helmet. Note that, although Buzz's face and eyes are not connected, the animation of them is in sync.
• Andy's hand is accidentally substituted for Rex's head. Note that Rex's eyes and teeth remain – attached to a human hand.
• In the scene at the gas station, Woody's legs were accidentally rendered to the side of the character, instead of straight down.
• In the scene where Buzz removes the decal from his disconnected arm, the arm was assigned an incorrect position, so it floats in the air around him.
• In the film's final scene with Buzz and Woody, Woody's body was rendered askew and out of sync with his "stand-in" skeleton.
• In the scene where Woody rejoices over Sid's defeat, Woody's body was again rendered out of sync with his "stand-in" skeleton.

A Bug's Life

This was the first Pixar film (as well as the only non-sequel/prequel film) to have outtakes:

• Hopper is doing his line: "Are you saying I'm stupid? Do I look stupid to you?", but Atta suddenly bursts out laughing, so they try the take again (ending with the first of those questions) and she is still laughing (unable to answer "No"). The third time, again ending with the first question, Atta says, "Yes!" with more laughing. Hopper gets upset and says: "This is the fifteenth take. I cannot work like this. I will be in my trailer." Atta then says, "I need a break."
• Rosie is doing her line of telling Flik that they are not fighting grasshoppers, but is interrupted by the sound of someone hammering off-screen, so she asks them to postpone their work. The bell rings and Slim asks if they can see him in the shot.
• Before Flik heads off to city to search for warrior bugs, he grabs a dandelion seed and shouts out Buzz Lightyear's catchphrase: "To infinity and beyond!", rather than: "For the colony, and for oppressed ants everywhere!" The crew starts laughing and Flik apologizes, saying that he couldn't resist and asks if they could blame him. He then carefully places the seed back and says, "Let's go for real now," and apologizes again.
• At Hopper's lair, Molt is asking him why they should go back to Ant Island and reminds him that he doesn't like grain, and Hopper jumps up and moves towards him, but as Molt is backing away from his brother, he accidentally knocks over the camera and apologizes.
• At the party, when Flik and Atta get their antennae tangled together after the latter thanks the former for finding warrior bugs, Atta's ends up tightly wrapped around Flik's. Flik then desperately tries to untangle them with Atta crying out in pain and asking the filming crew to cut.
• Dr. Flora is flirting with another ant on the set, which turns out to be a cardboard cutout when she knocks him down. She apologizes when she thought it was real and tells the crew to put it in her car.
• Atta is doing the scene of granting Flik's request to search for warrior bugs when she slips on the council chamber stand, with everyone laughing.
• During the fake bird attack, Slim does the scene with Hopper after squeezing boysenberry in his eye. He then starts yelling that the juice is in his eye and that he's in real pain. Hopper laughs while Slim tells him to stop and that he is serious before walking out of the shot, demanding that the crew stop the camera.
• Aphie urinates on the Queen's lap. Flik and the crew then start laughing while she asks for a towel before Aphie farts.
• Thumper roars at Dot after she scolds him and tells him to go home, but suddenly breaks character and voices that he doesn't feel that he is coming across as scary. He then suggests lathering up a bunch of spit and asks John Lasseter for another take.
• P.T. Flea smacks his face against the camera lens while explaining the Flaming Death circus act.

The others were added a few weeks after the film's release:

• At the Bug Bar, Slim tries to warn Francis about the arrival of his "boyfriends" from the circus, but starts laughing because Francis has something stuck in his nose, which starts the others laughing off-screen too. Francis turns around to reveal a twig in his nose. Everyone else laughs hysterically.
• Mr. Soil is doing his scene with Dr. Flora who accidentally says "Princess Abba" instead of "Princess Atta". She laughs and suggests going disco and finding her platform shoes, with Mr. Soil chuckling while shaking his head in amusement, and Woody, as the second assistant camera, appears with an upside-down movie clapboard to end the take.
• The Circus Bugs are landing and Heimlich, who is being held by Dim, gets his face squashed on the camera lens.
• In the anthill, Hopper is doing the scene of telling Molt that he doesn't want to hear another word out of him, and when he then asks Molt if he understands while shaking him, Molt suddenly apologizes for not saying his line because Hopper looked funny at him, and then asks for another take. The second time, Molt laughs and apologizes again, saying that Hopper made him laugh and promises to get it right this time. The third time, he still ends up laughing while Hopper groans in frustration.
• Tuck and Roll are doing their acrobatic scene when they misunderstood that they were up next in the circus act, when it goes slightly wrong with both of them falling down, to which they both laugh. The second time, they do it again with Roll landing on his head and back. The third time, Roll goes up into the air and doesn't come down again while Tuck looks around for him.
• Slim swallows a bug while flying with Francis on the way to Ant Island. He chokes and Francis laughs.
• When Flik and Dot are doing the seed scene, Dot forgets her line, "It's a rock." She apologizes and says that she keeps forgetting it.
• Heimlich is about to get eaten by the bird when it breaks down, revealing it to be a large animatronic. Heimlich then asks if it means they can break for lunch.
• Rosie is with Tuck and Roll, who have a burping contest. Suddenly, Roll farts and Rosie asks them to stop. She then walks off, asking for her agent Cindy on the phone, while the two pill bugs laugh.
• Heimlich is eating every leaf he can find when he suddenly falls out of Dim's grip.

Toy Story 2

This was the second film (as well as the only Toy Story film and Pixar sequel) to have outtakes:

Before Mr. and Mrs. Potato Head segment 1:

• When Woody sits down on the brown tape roll to watch the ending song of a Woody's Roundup episode in Al's apartment, he accidentally gets his backside stuck in the hole, which sets the crew laughing off-screen. After trying to get up, Woody starts to laugh too, asking, "A little help here, please?" and continues laughing hysterically as he tries to walk with the tape still stuck to him.
• When the gang (including Utility Belt Buzz) tries to use Rex's head like a battering ram and burst through to Woody, the air conditioning vent is still screwed on, and they crash into it. Rex then cries out in pain, "Ow!"
• In the Buzz Lightyear aisle at Al's Toy Barn, one of the Buzz action figures accidentally belches, and the others start to get uncomfortable and irritated since it was apparently the fifth time they did that scene. The Buzz figure that burped then apologizes and admits that he ate a bean burrito for lunch. (It is unknown if the toys, despite being man-made, do eat or if it was just a joke.)
• When Mrs. Potato Head is packing things for Mr. Potato Head for his trip to rescue Woody ("I'm packing you an extra pair of shoes, and your angry eyes, just in case."), she also puts in:

1. Some cheese puffs (if he gets hungry) and a key (unknown purpose for it).
2. A golf ball (if he has time to play golf), a plastic steak, a rubber ducky, and a brown Woody's Roundup yo-yo.
3. An extra bouncy ball and extra teeth (she warns him that they chatter, and they do so, causing him to jump and say, "Whoa!").
4. Crayons (if he gets bored) and a huge lump of blue Play-Doh (which she tries to squeeze in, nearly making some of his pieces fall out).
5. A dime to call her and monkey chow (Mr. Potato Head asks what it's for, and she furiously states that it's for the monkeys). The Barrel of Monkeys start crowding him for the chow, to which Mr. Potato Head gets right to the point where he shouts: "That's it! I draw the line at monkeys! Get my agent on the phone!"

Between Mr. and Mrs. Potato Head segments 1 and 2:

• When Jessie first meets Woody, she fiddles with his string, accidentally pulling it right out of his back. Woody is heard crashing into some off-screen props. At first, Jessie is stunned for a second but then cracks up, asking, "Could...should we just...should that just be part of the movie now? He lo...he lost his string!" before dropping it, falling to her knees and roaring with laughter again along with Woody.

Between Mr. and Mrs. Potato Head segments 2 and 3:

• Slinky, after doing one scene, hears John Lasseter say, "All right, cut! Good take." Slinky then compliments his bottom half on his "good acting", and starts petting it while its foot starts to tap with pleasure. While he does this, Rex walks away in discomfort.
• When Mike tosses Wheezy his microphone for the ending musical number, Wheezy gets hit in the head by it and becomes worried that he "hurt [his] equipment." He reminds Mike to aim it at his flipper since he's not good at catching it. In the second take, the microphone hits Wheezy in the head again, but this time really hard, and he accidentally swallows his new squeaker and starts coughing and wheezing, while Mike rolls his "eyes" in the background.

Between Mr. and Mrs. Potato Head segments 3 and 4:

• Buzz is walking down the aisle of Buzz Lightyear action figures. He sees Woody in one of the boxes, making extremely funny faces, causing the crew to start laughing. Buzz, despite his best efforts, ends up breaking character because of this and holds his hands up while snorting with laughter.
• There are three takes that show markings on Buzz:
  • In the first take, when Buzz pulls up his helmet while telling the other toys that they'll be back before Andy returns home, a pair of big bushy eyebrows, a mustache, and a goatee appear in black marker. The crew starts to laugh, to which Buzz sees and laughs sarcastically, blaming Woody for it.
  • In the second take, after seeing Woody succeed in Wheezy's rescue, Lenny accidentally leaves two dark circles on Buzz's helmet that resemble glasses, which sets everybody off-screen, including the toys, laughing, except for Buzz who once again blames Woody for it.
  • In the third and final take, after seeing Jessie open the door for Buster, Buzz's wings pop open, with the phrase: "This Space For Rent" written on them, which the crew starts laughing at. Buzz also sees this and walks off, saying, "Darn it, Woody!"

Between Mr. and Mrs. Potato Head segments 4 and 5:

• Flik and Heimlich, two of the characters from A Bug's Life, appear. Flik thinks it's the sequel to their movie, but as Heimlich tries to explain the situation, Buzz is shown chopping through the branch they were standing on, causing them to fall.
• When Woody asks if the Roundup Gang would like to become Andy's toys, Stinky Pete, instead of not being inside his box, is still there while talking with two identical twin Barbie dolls. He promises them a role in the threequel, before realizing in embarrassment that they were shooting the film scene, and quickly ushers the Barbie dolls out. (This outtake was removed in 2019 to avoid any #MeToo-related controversy.)
• While the cameraman troubleshoots an apparent technical issue with the camera's focus before being ready to shoot, the three Squeeze Toy Aliens in the Pizza Planet Truck pass the time by talking about their careers. One of them reveals that he's going to star as a villain in a toothpaste commercial, which impresses the other two.

After Mr. and Mrs. Potato Head segment 5:

• When Stinky Pete says it's Woody's choice to either go back to Andy's or to the Toy Museum with the Roundup Gang and last a lifetime, he accidentally ruins the dramatic moment by farting loudly, which sets almost everyone off-screen in a fit of laughter. Stinky Pete apologizes while humorously remarking that it must be the reason why they call him "Stinky Pete".
• The last outtake is Tour Guide Barbie saying, "Bye-bye!" multiple times, and after the scene is over, she is relieved, saying that her mouth couldn't take much more smiling.

Monsters, Inc.

This was the third Pixar film (and the last one until 2025) to have outtakes:

• As Sulley is backing away from Boo, he falls over backwards on the armchair, to which they both laugh.
• As the monsters are entering the Scare Floor, Sulley is tripped by one of Bud's tentacles and falls in slow motion, which in turn causes the other monsters to fall, including Randall, who noticed and laughed at Sulley's fall. A monster holding an upside-down clapboard moves in front of the camera in slow motion as well, followed by the slowed down beeping sound to transition to the next outtake also.
• Boo keeps missing cereal that Sulley throws into her mouth. The first throw has the cereal piece fly past her; the second bounces off her cheek; the third lands in front of her; and the final throw makes her fall over backwards when she tried to jump to catch it. She and the crew laugh hysterically.
• Sulley opens the bathroom stall to see if Boo is finished with her business, to which Roz suddenly appears and says, "Hello!", making him jump. They and the crew then laugh.
• Smitty accidentally refers to Sulley as "Mr. Solomon" instead of "Sullivan", to which Needleman calls Smitty an idiot and that he has ruined their chance of working in Hollywood. Smitty attempts to ask for a do-over, but Needleman silences him and says he's making it worse.
• While the CDA workers are landing through the roof, one lands face-flat on the skylight window and slides down. (Note: This was also used at the Monsters, Inc. Laugh Floor.)
• The CDA shave and wash George after a decontamination procedure. When they are finished, the curtain comes down with Roz, wearing a sparkling sweater, in his place who then says, "Ta-da!", causing everyone to burst out laughing.
• Mike is saying goodbye to Boo, but he accidentally says, "Go throw up," instead of "Go grow up." Everyone laughs, but Mike doesn't realize his mistake.
• When Sulley is saying good morning to Ted, a familiar roar is heard, which turns out to be Rex from Toy Story trying out for the role. He then asks anxiously how it went, if he can do it again, and claims he can be taller.
• As Mike and Sulley run through the corridor to get to Boo's door, Sulley slips on the floor and crashes into some off-screen props. He can be heard saying, "Ow!" weakly. The others laugh and Mike asks for more wax on the floor.
• At Harryhausen's, Sulley says, "Look-lay in the bag-bay," and Mike says that he thinks Sulley meant, "Ook-lay in the ag-bay," and tells him that he should take a minute to "ead-ray [his] ipt-scray." They both laugh.
• Sulley opens the door of his closet to show Boo that Randall won't come through to scare her and that it's empty, but when he opens it, Roz appears in the doorway and says, "Guess who?" Everyone, including Boo, laughs.
• Fungus pulls down several different wallpapers that Randall practices blending into. Suddenly, Fungus pulls down an artistic portrait with the face missing, and Randall blends into it. Fungus and everyone else laughs while Randall sees the joke and says he looks good in a suit.
• Needleman and Smitty are attempting to shred the red defective door, but the shredder gets jammed, malfunctions, and goes out of control, moving all over the set and finally hitting the camera.
• After a few seconds of the Monsters, Inc. logo moving its eye during the song "If I Didn't Have You", when Mike and Sulley are telling their co-workers about their musical play, Mike sings: "Get that thing away from me, you guys. Put that thing back where it came from, or I'll poke myself in the eye," while Sulley does some hilarious dancing.
• Although not an outtake, a live performance of the play follows, with Sulley introducing the play and Mike, with the rest of the cast, acting it out. The play finally ends with Mike thanking the audience with his mother amongst them whistling in admiration.

The Incredibles

Although this film did not have outtakes at the end, the 2-disc Collector's Edition featured a segment called "Incredi-Blunders", which were accidental animation mistakes from the making of the film. It had four different sections: "Bad Hair Day" (which involves random, odd hairstyles), "Wardrobe Malfunction" (where the characters have incorrect clothing or clothing problems), "Clowning Around" (where the characters do something off), and "What The...?" (which involves something odd).

These are some examples of the footage shown:

• Bad Hair Days:
  • Violet was hiding from Tony with an invisible head. When her head reappears, her hair is extremely frizzy, and laughs are heard.
  • Squeaker the cat is shown shaking in front of a still image of the tree branch.
  • When Mr. Incredible questions the police officers if Oliver Sansweet is picked up and tells them that Bomb Voyage escaped, the police officer on the left's hair is not in place.
  • Elastigirl's hair whips when she shouts "Don't take 7th!", complete with the sounds of a whip, and a man urging a horse.
  • Mr. Incredible's hair stays in the same place as his head turns around, making a loud squeaking sound.
  • When Violet first gets caught by Helen on the plane and gets up from her seat saying, "It's not my fault!", her hair loops around in the air as a slide whistle sound is heard.
• Wardrobe Malfunctions:
  • The parson at Bob and Helen's wedding has a close-up on his face as he says, "Robert Parr, would you have this woman to be your lawful wedded wife?", although he gets cut off as it shows his whole body (he is wearing a singlet), and laughter is heard.
  • A shirt is shown to be stiff with twanging sounds.
  • When Bob walks past Helen and pinches her butt, his pants are invisible, thus making him naked from waist down, and his butt is pixelated.
  • Buddy's costume is jumbled up.
  • The scene from the teaser trailer is shown, where Mr. Incredible's suit rips, showing his belly, before the belt buckle snaps off. (Note: The teaser trailer for The Incredibles is the only known teaser trailer in a Pixar movie to have an outtake.)
• Clowning Around:
  • Helen slams her head into a pole while swinging.
  • When the Incredibles huddle together just before the plane explodes, instead of the explosion, the plane falls on top of them, causing an impact which causes the Parr's house to sink completely into the ground.
  • Syndrome is shown licking a disturbed Mirage.
• What The...?
  • Mr. Huph's nose deflates after he says, "Who's helping them out, huh?"
  • Mr. Incredible says, "Fly home, buddy. I work alone." Bomb Voyage's head is not there, but only his eyes and teeth are. Instead of saying, "Et ton costume est complètement ridicule!" ("And your outfit is totally ridiculous!"), a dog growling sound is heard.
  • The branch is floating by itself with Violet in the background. The model starts to move to grab the branch.
  • Lucius' hands are floating in midair when he puts on aftershave.
  • The girl who says "hi" to Tony appears to have misaligned eyes, complete with a spotlight effect.
  • Tony's teeth clip out of his mouth when he first talks to Violet and his voice sounds stupid.
  • In the ocean right after Helen and the kids land in the water, Helen comes out and swims in midair screaming instead of saying, "Everyone calm down!"
  • When Jack-Jack is in the sky during his fight against Syndrome, he appears to be melting. This was because of a deleted idea where Jack-Jack turns into Goo-Baby (Syndrome is also nowhere to be seen).
  • Bob and Lucius doing a high-five.
  • The Tricycle kid appears to be naked and bald when he shouts "THAT WAS TOTALLY WICKED!!!"

Elio

Elio was the first Pixar film to have outtakes in over 24 years. Although the movie did not have outtakes in the end, Pixar posted the film's outtakes on social media, in which most of these are taken from Adrian Molina's version:

• Ambassador Helix is at the Communiverse's pod talking to Elio Solis until a filming set falls behind him. He then continues talking.
• Glordon is about to eat Elio while the latter is stuck in a web, until he stops and starts going out of control.
• After Elio and Glordon get in a fight, the latter talks to Ooooo, which causes her to change her color from blue to red.

Bloopers of the Caribbean

All five Pirates of the Caribbean movies have bloopers reels, known collectively as "Bloopers of the Caribbean". A majority of these clips are generally goofing around; notable clips are listed below.

The Curse of the Black Pearl

• During Jack Sparrow's parley, he mentions that the French are "inventors of mayonnaise." Pintel responds with, "I like mayonnaise."
• During Jack's meeting with Gibbs, the latter starts chuckling, causing Jack to suspect he is being called out.
• Jack struggles with his line, "Do you have the courage to follow orders and stay true in the face of danger and almost certain death?" After three failed attempts, he says, "I hate this bloody line!"
• Elizabeth asks Norrington if she will get something to wear, or if it will be "bare breast and ankles all the way." Both laugh at this.
• Jack mentions Murtogg and Mullroy will want to take a few things that he gives them as they haul Elizabeth out of the water.
  • Also, at one point, Jack gives the pair his wig, causing laughter to come from all four actors on the set.
• Will Turner repeatedly goofs up demonstrating his finesse with the sword he made.
• Goofy car sound effects play during the battle between the Black Pearl and the Interceptor.
• A plane can be heard flying overhead in one shot, and Jack comments about it.
• The camera is being wiped by a hand while viewing a ship. The ship suddenly disappears when the hand stops wiping.

Dead Man's Chest

• Jack goofs up his line, "So far as we keep to the shallows."
• In the prison, Governor Swann loses his footing, to which he, Will, and Elizabeth all laugh.
• Swann is unable to read the arrest warrant (which is revealed to be his own writing).
• Jack forgets what the Flying Dutchman is called.
• Jack struggles to enunciate his line, "I did not!"
• Will fails to pronounce "East India Trading Company".
• Cutler Beckett also fails to recite the warrant. He then asks whether he or Swann should read it.
• Tia Dalma forgets the cue for Barbossa to enter.
• One of Jack's hair braids gets caught on the jar of dirt.
• The "female presence" line gets goofed up.
• Jack tells Will he'll give him the compass if Will helps "do strange things to [his] dog," which he calls Tim.
• Elizabeth and Will kiss then laugh when they notice they're on camera.

At World's End

• After Jack says to Beckett, "Do we have an accord?", an air horn is heard, startling them both.
• Jack has a hard landing while swinging off his ship in Davy Jones' Locker.
• Jack repeatedly goofs up his line, "You can keep Barbossa!" in his deal with Beckett.
• Barbossa forgets what happens after he says, "Nay, belay that!" After a few seconds of hesitation, he says, "Do something else!", and everyone laughs.
• Barbossa goofs up Cutler Beckett's name as "Beckett Cutler". He quickly notices his mistake and continues with, "Sometimes known [as] Cutler Beckett!" Everyone laughs.
• When trying to give his piece of eight to Elizabeth, Sao Feng accidentally rips off part of his mustache in the process of taking it off.
• Beckett says a few censored words, prompting Jack to respond, "You can't curse in a Disney film, mate."
• Gibbs is woken up during the epilogue by being sprayed in the face with what appears to be urine, giving him a coughing fit.
• Jack's voice cracks after drinking from one of Beckett's teacups.
• Will fails to respond to Elizabeth asking, "Why didn't you tell me you were planning this?"
• A gust of wind blows Barbossa's hat off during the temporary parley, then again during his request to Calypso. (Notably, a man in a special effects suit replaces Davy Jones in the former clip, and Barbossa curses in the latter clip.)
• Jack forgets his line to the Bretheren Court.
• Elizabeth fails to grab the rope to escape the Flying Dutchman and slips on the railing; she and Norrington laugh.
• Jack and Beckett repeatedly goof up tossing their respective items to one another during their deal.
• Barbossa, Elizabeth, and the crew repeatedly goof up the "swords through the floorboards" trick.
• Gibbs stumbles in the background twice.
• Barbossa's spyglass comes apart when he takes it out.

Television

Even Stevens

• In "Movie Madness", outtakes are shown at the end of the episode, justified in-universe as being the outtakes for the movie that Louis Stevens attempted to make.
• In "Influenza: The Musical", the end of the episode shows Louis spouting different non sequiturs for his "green nose" affliction (known colloquially as "alts").

Lizzie McGuire

• Some of the show's episodes feature outtakes in the closing segments, such as one starring the bully who had strong-armed Matt out of his secret formula for a new food recipe, as well as his tasting the "results" before proceeding to scream in disgust loud enough to pan out through the house's exterior (as Matt, midway through divulging the recipe, gave him a "dummy recipe" that included inedible ingredients, such as fish oil).

Kim Possible

Although not in the show itself, outtake segments occasionally aired as ads on Disney Channel during the second and third season of Kim Possible, depicting "mistakes" that were made in the "filming" of the series. The scenes themselves were taken from various episodes, but with the actors recording new dialogue specifically for the context of the ads. Such examples include:

• Jackal's voice was not modified during filming a fight scene with Kim, causing Jackal to notice and become annoyed by his inappropriately high-pitched voice. Another take had him forgetting his retort to Kim after the voice issue was presumably fixed.
• Kim is drinking orange juice, and her father warns her about Dr. Drakken, causing Kim to spit out her juice and say, "I think I swallowed a bug." Her father asks, "We're supposed to have bugs in our cups?" When Kim gags and begs her father for some water, he denies there being any bugs and inquires, "Does this mean they're not happy with my work?" Meanwhile, Kim continues gagging.
• Drakken messes up his retort to Kim by saying, "You will be one sorry patootie." Shego then intervenes and argues with Drakken over his "improvised" speaking line. A bored-looking Kim soon interrupts them by saying, "Hello? We got a scene to shoot here," but they ignore her and continue their squabble.
• Kim and Ron are at Bueno Nacho, and Ron ignores both her and Ned's warnings about how the taco he was eating was actually a prop, with the latter also warning him that eating the props will cause Ron to hallucinate monkeys. It then concludes where Ron presumably ate enough prop tacos to start hallucinating an army of Monkey Ninjas within Bueno Nacho.
• Kim and Ron are watching a show, and Ron comments about the writers teasing that the two best friends will get together. Kim then says, "Like that's ever gonna happen; it would end the series," as a way to showcase the fans of how Kim felt with her and Ron dating, as Kim and Ron would then end up together in Season 4.
• Drakken accidentally says "Kim Pobbable" instead of "Kim Possible" and Ron corrects him. Drakken insists he said "Possible", arguing with Ron until the director points out the mistake. Drakken then storms off, saying he'll be in his trailer, only to be upset further when Ron says, "You don't have a trailer."

The Proud Family

• In "The Legend of Johnny Lovely", a blooper reel is shown during the epilogue:
  • Suga Mama gets knocked off-screen by a windswept palm tree. The camera then pans over to Papi Boulevardez operating a large fan.
  • Trudy complains about a line in her script and says that she would never say it.
  • Oscar mentions Suga Mama leaving Family Matters, to which Suga Mama replies, "Stick to the script, Juwanna Mann!"
  • Someone throws a rattle at Suga Mama, and she thinks it was BeBe who did it. It is then revealed that Oscar is in the twins' stroller, and he squirts milk in Suga Mama's face.
  • Suga Mama asks, "You know what I could buy for $125 back in my day?" Oscar jokes, "A covered wagon? A chariot? A Brontosaurus burger?" Suga Mama then punches him in the face.
  • Penny gets a phone call while filming a scene with her friends.
  • When Johnny tells Penny, "I'm sorry, but this is just the way I was raised," Penny replies, "What kind of pig raised you like that?!" The director tells Penny she can't say that because "the network thinks it's too harsh." Penny skates off to her dressing room, but upon realizing she doesn't have one, she tells Bruce W. Smith to draw one for her. When he does, she demands that he make it bigger.

Randy Cunningham: 9th Grade Ninja

• During the break, Randy and Howard look at the guy across eating a sandwich. They then comment about that guy while the director calls him onto the set, calling him a "creep" in the process.
• In "Julian's Birthday Surprise", the snakes grab Randy and attempt to drag him into the Land of Shadows. When Howard holds the bag and tries to get onto the stage, he falls twice and Randy laughs at him both times. Howard finally makes it onstage, but accidentally grabs the microphone during shooting and then falls off the stage again, and Randy laughs at Howard a third time.
• In "Whoopee 2: The Wrath of Whoopee 2", Randy and Howard talk to Whoopee about humorous stuff. Howard then accidentally farts.
• In "Fudge Factory", Randy often gets his pants ripped or pulled down while fighting against McFist's robots.
• In "Rorg: Hero of a Past", Randy crash-lands on the ground and groans in pain. Next, he crash-lands on the horse, which gallops off. After that, he crash-lands on the roof. Finally, he lands safely on the horse-drawn carriage. However, he then crash-lands on the ground and groans in pain again like the first time.
• In "The Fresh Principal of Norrisville High", Randy trips over an extension cord in the hallway while running to the principal's office. When he unplugs the cord, all the lights go out on the set before he complains about it.

Trivia

• When Dr. Flora accidentally says "Abba", she refers to the hit Swedish pop group ABBA, as she talks about going disco.
• Toy Story's "Render Bugs", The Incredibles' "Incredi-Blunders", and Big Hero 6's "Gag Reel & Bloopers" are actual computer-animated outtakes, but are not considered as the outtakes like the ones seen in the end credits of A Bug's Life, Toy Story 2, and Monsters, Inc..
• Toy Story 2 and 101 Dalmatians II: Patch's London Adventure are the only animated sequels to have outtakes.
• Because the way in which computer-animated movies are made was not well-known, the makers of A Bug's Life thought that computer-animated outtakes would cause audiences further confusion.
• It is currently unknown why the outtakes fell out of use following the release of Monsters, Inc., although some speculate that this happened because animating them took longer time for the animators.
• The outtakes/bloopers in the live-action movies/shows are actual outtakes/bloopers from the live actors, while the outtakes/bloopers in the animated movies most likely had outtakes from recording sessions from the voice actors.
• Although The Black Cauldron lacked an outtake reel, during developmental of the film, Jeffrey Katzenberg demanded to see the movie's outtake reel, only to be informed by the animators that outtake reels were omitted due to the nature in which they were "filmed".
