"Perfect Day" is a song from the Phineas and Ferb episode, "Interview With a Platypus", which is sung by a three-man band while Candace runs for her life from a stampede of angry animals she had just insulted.
As a few other songs from the show, it is characterized for its being ludicrously unfitting for the occasion. It ends as the performers of the song are passed by Candace and subsequently trampled over by the stampede.
Lyrics
It's a perfect day
It's in the mid-70s
Humidity at sixty percent
It's a perfect day
Not a cloud in the sky and I
Could say without fear of dissent
It's a picture postcard perfect kind of
A summer afternoon
It's a perfect day!
(Ah, ah, ah)
It's a perfect day!
Yeah!
It's a perfect day
The birds are singin'
And the bees are pollinatin' the flowers
It's a perfect day
The fauna is fawning
And frolicking away all the hours
It's a picture postcard perfect kind of
Summer afternoon
It's a perfect day!
(Ah, ah, ah)
It's a perfect day!
It's a perfect day!
It's a perfect day!
