The Princess Andromeda is a vehicle featured in Percy Jackson and the Olympians. It is a cruise ship owned by Luke Castellan who uses it to house kronos' army in the second season.
History
After Luke betrays Percy Jackson and flees Camp Half-Blood, he uses the Princess Andromeda as his base. Percy, Tyson and Annabeth Chase follow Luke on a quest for the Golden Fleece and board the ship without Luke being aware. While aboard, Percy and Annabeth come across Alison Simms who is working for Luke and the three fight, causing Alison to fall overboard before being able to return. Tyson is then captured by Luke's crew and secretly makes a bomb that causes part of the ship to catch fire as Percy and his friends escape.
After Annabeth is gravely injured by Polyphemus and Luke places the fleece on her, he takes her to the ship much to Percy's dismay, who vows revenge to get her back. Percy, Grover Underwood, Tyson and Clarisse La Rue then make their way to the Princess Andromeda and Percy goes to rescue Annabeth while Clarisse goes to get the fleece. Annabeth is rescued but spotted by Luke's army, resulting in a fight while Percy notices Luke has placed the fleece around Kronos' tomb which is being kept on the ship. Percy also comes across Blackjack, a black pegasus and sets the horse free. Percy and Luke fight for the fleece and while Percy is able to hold his own and tries to escape, Luke suddenly stabs him in the elevator. Percy is able to heal himself with the fleece before he is reunited with Annabeth and Clarisse, who meet Blackjack. While Clarisse takes the fleece and leaves with Blackjack to Camp Half-Blood, the ship docks where Sally Jackson has arrived to collect everyone. With the heroes having left, Luke is still aboard the ship and confronted by Kronos, who vows revenge on Percy.
