"GoldenFish" is the second segment of the forty-second episode of Special Agent Oso. It premiered on February 23, 2011 alongside "Live and Let Heal", and is the second segment of the eighteenth episode in the second season.
Plot
In Brisbane, Dotty and Wolfie teach Oso how to go paragliding for his training exercise. Oso is to hold on to the rope as he gets pulled along, and when he's up in the air, he should let go of the rope. Afterwards, Oso will paraglide down the river and land in the grassy field nearby, and Dotty and Wolfie will meet him there. Oso starts the exercise once he finds the rope, and Wolfie's boat pulls him. Meanwhile in Argentina, a boy named Santiago has gotten a pet goldfish he calls Swimmy. His father wants to show him how to feed him, but his baby brother needs a diaper change. Santiago decides to feed his goldfish by himself, but he doesn't know how to do so. Back in Brisbane, as Oso is paragliding, Dotty warns him of a bridge up ahead, but Oso is so high up that he doesn't understand her, and he crashes into the bridge and loses his grip on the rope. That's when he gets a special alert from Argentina. Mr. Dos informs Oso about Santiago not knowing how to feed his goldfish. Oso accepts the assignment and is given the three steps for it: find the fish food, pick up a pinch of fish food, and sprinkle the fish food into the water. Whirlybird then picks up Oso while Paw Pilot goes over the code name for the special assignment, named GoldenFish.
Oso soon spots Santiago, and Whirlybird flings Oso onto Santiago's room's pots and pans. Santiago shows Oso his goldfish. For the first step, Oso spots the fish food in the middle in a group of cans. Next, Oso struggles to open the can, so he tries his special agent pen to twist off the lid, but it activates an umbrella, a noisemaker, and a toothbrush. Santiago opens the lid himself. Oso and Santiago then pick up a pinch of food, which is a tiny amount.
Oso places the fish food in the water, but Swimmy isn't eating it, as Paw Pilot tells him to just sprinkle the food on top of the water. With Santiago's dad returning in eight seconds, Santiago demonstrates how the third step is done: he sprinkles the food on top of the water by letting it go, and Oso does the same, allowing Swimmy to eat the food.
Santiago's father is proud of him for feeding Swimmy, and Santiago thanks Oso for the help. Oso then returns to Brisbane. When he makes it to the bridge while paragliding, Oso lets go of the rope so that he avoids the bridge, and he soon lands in the grassy field. Dotty and Wolfie congratulate Oso for completing the training exercise. Also, since Santiago fed Swimmy all by himself, Oso has earned a Special Assignment Digi-Medal.
